PillarDesk is the operations team behind artists, athletes and principals. We handle the professional execution of confirmed engagements worldwide, tours, fixtures, private trips, speaking gigs, without acting as a booking agency or taking commission on bookings.

Our role begins the moment the booking is confirmed. From that point, we support artists, athletes, principals and their teams with the full operational execution of every engagement. More performers work internationally, more independently, with direct relationships with promoters, agents and clients, but no dedicated operations layer.

Do you replace a tour manager?
No. PillarDesk is an operations desk behind the dates: admin, documentation, comms, travel planning, settlement control and payment follow-up. We support the touring party or work alongside an existing tour manager.
When do you start working on an engagement?
When the booking is confirmed. From that moment we take ownership of the operational execution layer until settlement and post-show archiving are complete.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. PillarDesk charges fixed operational fees per confirmed engagement. No retainers, no exclusivity, no commission on bookings.
Can we use just one desk, like Finance and Contracting?
Yes. The four desks are modular and can be used separately or combined per tour, season or event. Many clients start with a single desk and expand as the relationship develops.
Do you handle visas and cross-border documentation?
Yes. We provide visa support and coordination across major touring markets including Schengen, UK, US and beyond. Scope depends on which desk is engaged. For ATA Carnet and equipment movement we coordinate with specialists in our network.
What about festivals with 50 to 150 plus artists?
That is exactly what the Festival Artist Logistics Desk is built for. Travel matrix, rooming lists, pickup schedules, comms hub and onsite escalation protocols, run as a separate operational layer alongside your event team.
Do you work with athletes and private clients, or only artists?
Both. The same operational discipline that runs international music tours applies to race weekends, fixtures, speaking tours and private travel. The desks are agnostic to the type of engagement.
